Hi! My name is Tanner, an extremely passionate yoga practitioner who loves making the deeply relaxing and beneficial practices and benefits of yoga accessible to every body.

My Yoga philosophy revolves around incorporating and returning to the roots of Yoga,

As a Yoga Therapist‑in‑training, E‑RYT 500 Yoga instructor, Meditation instructor, Reiki Master practitioner, crystal energy guide—and, on the creative side, a florist, landscape designer, and photographer—I bring a whole garden of skills to help you breathe, move, and live in harmony with yourself and the world around you.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and personalized. I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes it just takes a safe space, a steady breath, and someone to guide you back to yourself. Whether you're new to this work or returning to it, you're welcome exactly as you are.

My Background

I was first introduced to Vinyasa Yoga at the age of 13, and it quickly became a grounding force in my life. Through high school and college, yoga supported me in managing stress and anxiety, helping me reconnect with my breath and body when life felt overwhelming. What began as a way to find calm and stability slowly grew into a deep and lifelong relationship with the practice.

Alongside this journey, I began to recognize something I had always felt — a deep sensitivity to energy. Even as a child, I could sense the emotions and intensity of people and spaces around me. For years, I experienced what I thought was anxiety, but eventually realized I was often carrying the energy of others. Learning about energetic awareness and healing completely shifted how I relate to myself and the world. Reiki became a powerful part of that process — a gentle yet profound practice that supports rest, nervous system balance, and energetic clarity. It’s hard to put into words, but it offers something truly special: a return to stillness, spaciousness, and connection.

Over time, I’ve trained in a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Long Slow Deep, Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Mindfulness Meditation. Each approach has offered its own unique tools for healing, regulation, and presence — and I’m passionate about sharing those tools in ways that feel approachable and supportive.

The more I’ve studied yoga and its deeper practices, the more I’ve been drawn to working one-on-one. Private sessions allow us to explore what works best for you — your body, your life, your goals — and adapt the practices in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. Whether you're navigating stress, physical tension, energetic overload, or simply craving more ease, these sessions are fully personalized and accessible.

Yoga is not just for one type of person — it’s for everyone. I’m currently in the final stages of my Yoga Therapy training, and I’m excited to soon offer even more in-depth support through that lens. My intention is to help you feel more connected, more at home in your body, and more supported as you move through the world — one breath at a time.
